First Conditional เราใช้

เราใช้รูปนี้เมื่อพูดถึงสถานการณ์จริงในอนาคต: ถ้าเงื่อนไขเกิดขึ้น ผลลัพธ์จะตามมา

First Conditional รูปแบบ

if-part (Conditional)	main part Result
if + subject + Present Simple	subject + Future Simple

If + subject + Present Simple, subject + will + V.
Subject + will + V + if + subject + Present Simple.

If it rains, I will stay at home.
ถ้าฝนตก ฉันจะอยู่บ้าน

First Conditional กฎ

ลำดับของส่วนต่าง ๆ ไม่สำคัญ

If the weather doesn’t improve, we’ll stay at home.

We’ll stay at home if the weather doesn’t improve.
ถ้าส่วนเงื่อนไขอยู่ข้างหน้า เราจะใส่จุลภาคตามหลัง

If you study, you will pass.

You will pass if you study.
ในประโยคหลัก เราสามารถแทนที่กริยา “will” ด้วยกริยาแสดงท่าที (modal verbs) ได้: can, might, may, should, must или be going to
If we hurry up, we can catch the last train.
ถ้าเรารีบหน่อย เราจะทันรถไฟขบวนสุดท้าย

If we call a taxi, we might get there sooner.
ถ้าเราเรียกแท็กซี่ เราอาจจะไปถึงที่นั่นได้เร็วขึ้น

First Conditional การปฏิเสธ

ในส่วนเงื่อนไข (หลัง if) — เราใช้ Present Simple + don't / doesn't
If you don’t hurry, we’ll be late.
ถ้าคุณไม่รีบ เราจะไปสาย
ในส่วนหลัก — เพียงเติมคำปฏิเสธให้กับ will หรือกริยาโมดอล
If it rains, we won’t go outside.
ถ้าฝนตก เราจะไม่ออกไปข้างนอก

If you study hard, you might not fail the test.
ถ้าคุณตั้งใจเรียน คุณอาจจะไม่สอบตก

First Conditional คำถาม

คำถามสร้างแบบเดียวกับคำถามในอนาคตธรรมดา เพียงแต่ยังคงมีอนุประโยคที่มี if อยู่

Will + subject + V1 + if + Present Simple?
Wh-word + will + subject + V1 + if + Present Simple?

Will you stay at home if it rains?

What will you do if the app doesn’t load?

First Conditional ข้อผิดพลาดทั่วไป

❌ If it will rain, we will cancel.

If you go to bed earlier, you will feel better tomorrow.

If he doesn’t do his homework, the teacher will be unhappy.
