Superlatives folosim

Folosim superlativele pentru a descrie cel mai înalt sau cel mai scăzut grad al unei calități într-un grup. Ele arată că o persoană, un lucru sau un loc se află deasupra tuturor celorlalte: cel mai înalt, cel mai interesant, cel mai bun, cel mai puțin scump.

De obicei folosim superlativele când comparăm trei sau mai multe persoane sau lucruri, ori când grupul este clar din context.

Superlatives Formă

Superlativele se formează în moduri diferite, în funcție de adjectiv. Adjectivele scurte primesc de obicei -est, în timp ce adjectivele mai lungi folosesc de obicei the most. Unele forme sunt neregulate.

long adjective → the most + adjective
opposite meaning → the least + adjective

Superlatives Regulă

  • De obicei folosim the înaintea unui adjectiv la superlativ.
    She is the smartest student in the class.
    Ea este cea mai inteligentă elevă din clasă.

  • După unul dintre, folosim un superlativ + substantiv la plural.

  • După superlative, folosim adesea o propoziție relativă cu that sau which.
