Grupos principales de conjunciones
- Causa → efecto: because (por qué) / so (como resultado).
- Contraste: but, although (+ sujeto + verbo), despite / in spite of (+ sustantivo / V‑ing).
- Adición: and, as well as (+ sustantivo / V‑ing).
- Secuencia/tiempo: then, after that, before, while.
- Propósito/resultado: so that, in order to / therefore, as a result.
We left early because it started to rain. So, we took a taxi.
